Mike Dolan likes to spend as little time in reality as possible - reflected in his work the continuing theme of absorbing worlds, he create's images that transport the viewer to a place detached from reality. Starting with the humble pencil, a final drawing is inked up and coloured - but all this is carried out within the confines of the computer only aided by a snazzy graphics tablet and a cup of tea. A reliable sort, Mike's earnest hardwork has won him many regular clients. An unhindered drawing talent allows endless possibilities within his images and combined with a good balance of detail and graphic boldness his style is certainly favoured by many.
